Bookings and Payment

• Quotes are estimates; final invoices reflect on-site conditions agreed in advance.

Safety and Access

• Client must ensure clear access and inform of known hazards.
• We may refuse unsafe work per CSA/NFPA-aligned guidelines.
• Pets must be secured; combustible materials cleared from work areas.
• Weather or structural concerns may require rescheduling.

Limitations

No warranty for pre-existing defects; we document findings and provide options. Visual inspections may be limited by access, construction, or obstructions; concealed issues may not be detectable without invasive methods authorized by you.

Eligibility

You must be the property owner or have authority to authorize work. By scheduling, you represent that you have capacity to enter into this agreement and provide accurate information.

User Conduct

• Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with operations.
• Do not post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content through our channels.
• Use the website and services only for their intended purpose and in compliance with law.

Appointments, Cancellations, Rescheduling

• Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a call-out fee.
• No-shows or denied access may incur a minimum service charge.
• We may reschedule due to safety, weather, or crew availability; we will notify you promptly.

Intellectual Property

All site content, logos, text, and media are owned by ChimneyCare Canada or licensed third parties. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” except where a written warranty is expressly stated in your invoice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChimneyCare Canada is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.

Changes to Services and Terms

We may modify services, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with any authorized written work order or invoice, constitute the entire agreement regarding the services.
